Stone Solicitors has retained its Gold Star rating for risk management with The Institute of Legal Research and Standards for the seventh year running.
Stone Solicitors achieved the highest possible overall score this year for the fourth year running and are the only law firm in Ireland to have done so.
The Q6000 is a quality management standard specifically written for solicitors in Ireland and which is designed to provide independent verification of the risk management standards which operate within a law firm. The Q6000 standard requires the implementation and application of certain disciplines, controls and standards in 8 key areas-client management, file management, regulatory compliance, risk management, practice management, human resources, information technology and financial management.
Managing Partner, Val Stone says “We are delighted to have achieved the Q6000 standard again this year with a score of 100% in the audit for the fourth year running. This result has not been achieved by any other Law Firm in Ireland regardless of the size of firm. It is difficult to score so highly in the Q6000 audit and it is an important verification and validation of the procedures and controls operating within our firm. I am very appreciative of the hard work and dedication shown by all of our staff in achieving this accreditation. This result shows our firm’s absolute dedication to the very highest standards of efficiency in servicing our loyal client base.”
Stone Solicitors practice law from the former National Irish Bank building at the corner of The Bull Ring and North Main Street, Wexford.
